I can see why this place has five stars. Went in to investigate and fix a problem regarding my CPU fan last month and I can say that Tony is the nicest person and you can tell that he's passionate about his work. While working on my computer, he kept me updated via text. He even offered to let me watch him install an AIO (since my CPU fan was faulty) in person so that I could learn, but unfortunately I didn't have time. I really appreciated the gesture, though. Thank you Tony!

Very timely service, excellent communication. Brought in a computer to be looked at on a Saturday. Even though he had 4 other computers ahead of mine, he was still able to look at it that day. By Monday he had determined he couldn't find a solution to my issue without new parts so returned my computer to me, told me what would likely fix it, and didn't charge me anything. Always kept me in the loop regarding the status of my computer.

I needed the motherboard replaced on my PC and in my search I stumbled across Tony's business at Computer Connections. He had amazing reviews so I reached out and asked about the service. Tony was excellent from start to finish! He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was clearly very busy and still managed to have the job done in less than a day, for a truly fair price. He sent regular updates with photos of progress via text and even followed up afterwards to make sure that my PC was functioning correctly. You simply do not find this level of service and servant heartedness anywhere anymore. I highly recommend Tony for all of your computer needs, and I will only ever be choosing him in the future.
