Came to Computer Connections with a pretty gruesome rig that needed some work and a diagnosis. Now my machine is working exactly how it should. Not too many professionals around as knowledgeable in computers as Tony, would definitely recommend.
Called the shop on a Friday and Tony had us in that afternoon. Diagnosed the problem, told us next steps and appropriate charges. Problem fixed as promised the next day. He was patient, knowledgeable, personable, and truly cared about us. I would recommend him to anyone who asked!
Tony is a pro. Brought my Gaming PC for graphics card and RAM upgrade, scheduled a time and computer was done on the same day. With a very reasonable price giving his expertise and the work that had to be done. My computer went through a huge overhaul with new power supply and a brand new case to fit everything in, also the machine came back completely clean and with a very neat wiring job. All with pictures and updates throughout his work and after to check if the computer was working fine. Tony is the best in town!

I desperately needed computer repair and had no idea where to go. I did a Google search and found Computer Connections. I read the reviews so I decided to take my computer there. How lucky was I? I'm not a tech person but thank the Lord, Tony is! I especially liked that he's very personable and treated me professionally and didn't make me feel stupid! He quickly and effortlessly diagnosed all of my computer issues. In spite of being busy, he took the time to explain everything to me. My computer was up and running in just a couple of days. That was two years ago and Tony is still my go to guy! He has handled every issue with the same skill and knowledge he's had right from the start.Extra Bonus!!!I live about 45 minutes from his shop. More than once, I've called him with issues that he's been able to fix right over the phone with me. He's that good! Today I called him for a viral invasion. I can see why this place has five stars. Went in to investigate and fix a problem regarding my CPU fan last month and I can say that Tony is the nicest person and you can tell that he's passionate about his work. While working on my computer, he kept me updated via text. He even offered to let me watch him install an AIO (since my CPU fan was faulty) in person so that I could learn, but unfortunately I didn't have time. I really appreciated the gesture, though. Thank you Tony!

Very timely service, excellent communication. Brought in a computer to be looked at on a Saturday. Even though he had 4 other computers ahead of mine, he was still able to look at it that day. By Monday he had determined he couldn't find a solution to my issue without new parts so returned my computer to me, told me what would likely fix it, and didn't charge me anything. Always kept me in the loop regarding the status of my computer.

Tony was excellent from start to finish! He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was clearly very busy and still managed to have the job done in less than a day, for a truly fair price. He sent regular updates with photos of progress via text and even followed up afterwards to make sure that my PC was functioning correctly. You simply do not find this level of service and servant heartedness anywhere anymore. I highly recommend Tony for all of your computer needs, and I will only ever be choosing him in the future.

I used Computer connections because my hard drive failed. It was a cheap off brand one too. I didn't think it could be saved. But they took the time to recover my files! I could tell he actually cared about helping me too. I could not recommend a better person if your in need of help too.
Incredible service. I called just before close and he stayed after to take a look at my pc and quickly figured out what the issue was and was able recommend the replacement, where to get it, and stuck around until I was able to go get it and come back so he could work on it the next day. Turned it around in 24 hours and was super friendly about the whole thing. Can't recommend enough!
Been there a couple of times. Told me what's what up front. Didn't try and sell me what I didn't need. In fact he charged me less than the quote he originally gave me.

I encountered performance issues with my MSI Raider I9/3080TI, which was idling at an elevated temperature of 70c. After taking it in for service, Tony efficiently cleaned and repasted it, bringing the idle temperature down to a cool 34c in just one day. Their excellent communication, complete with updates and pictures, along with transparent pricing and clear expectations, made the experience commendable. I highly recommend their services for their professionalism and expertise.

Tony went above and beyond. I brought my computer to him toward the end of the day and he said he would have it ready the next day, but he ended up staying late and had it ready the same day which was totally unexpected, but definitely appreciated. He is very transparent about everything he does, explaining everything, and he sends pictures as he’s working to keep you updated with his progress and everything he’s doing.
